My family and I came to Bite - Sushi & Tapas to celebrate my mom's birthday, and we wanted to check out this new local sushi spot that recently opened near our neighborhood. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed so warmly, which made the experience feel even more special. We're big sashimi fans, so quality and texture are always important to us. Thankfully, the sashimi was fresh, flavorful, and had that perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture we always look for. You can really tell they care about the quality of their ingredients. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed both the food and the welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend Bite - Sushi & Tapas to anyone who loves sashimi, sushi, or is simply looking for a nice, relaxed place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. We'll definitely be back!

So delicious! We drove over an hour to try this place! It did not disappoint! My favorites were the fresh sushi, the crab hand roll, the wagu skewers were AMAZING! Will be back! Thank you to the Chef, Mason and the great waitress!

My toddler asked for sushi and this place just opened right down the road from us, so we decided to give it a shot. Service was excellent, and all of the staff was so friendly with my kid, offering special chopsticks, fist bumps, etc. The menu is straight-forward and has a good selection. It is perfect if you're looking for omakase, sashimi, nigiri, and temaki (hand rolls) though! Fish was fresh and tasty. Very authentic feel to it. My toddler enjoyed the shrimp tempura, chicken karage, and tamago nigiri. I enjoyed the chef sampler nigiri, temaki rolls, and shishito peppers. We will definitely be back and can't wait to try out some more items! *Also to add, they are accommodating of food allergies. Yay!

10/10. We live nearby and were looking for a sushi restaurant and this spot was perfect. We walked in during their soft opening and were first greeted with a super clean and intimate setting. The team greeted us and Ferrari welcomed us in and gave us the rundown on the newest oak cliff neighborhood favorite. We had the edamame, skewer flight, chicken karage, wagyu skewer, tofu skewer, chefs choice nigiri, spicy salmon and spicy tuna temaki. We aimed to try it all and it was DELICIOUS. the wagyu was like butter. The chicken was so fresh. The chicken meatballs were 10/10. The winner was the tofu - who knew tofu could taste like that!? We will absolutely be back. Prices were fair and wine pour was heavy. Make this your next date night as well with an Omakase
